As Product Manager you have a key responsibility in shaping the experience of thousands of users on APROPLAN digital products. You would report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
To create and develop a great product we need to continuously have a deep understanding of our user’s needs with an ability to execute as a team to always deliver the highest value first.

You will be responsible for a specific product in our portfolio. You’ll be the expert about the users of your product. You’ll understand the market and the context in which your product is being used. With this in mind you'll create your individual roadmap to feed and support the overall product strategy and ensure their proper delivery in production. You’ll keep the pulse of your product by tracking it in production. You'll keep it fresh with new and valuable features while killing dying features to keep it nimble. You’ll look for growth opportunities.
Last but not least, you'll be the champion of your product and its users internally working with many departments (engineering, marketing, support) and externally to make APROPLAN the go-to app to build faster.

Working with Agile (scrum) development methodologies
Developing user focused digital products (mobile, web) for 2 to 5 years
Converting product vision into a clear product roadmap to support our goals and strategies
Building consensus across the company on priorities leading to product execution
Specifying, prioritizing and tracking manageable chunks of development (User Stories) for the engineering team with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Creating simple and intuitive user experiences with designers
Defining and analyzing metrics to monitor the product performances
Generating powerful insights from analysis of various sources (Mixpanel, Fabric, internal DB, etc.)
Representing the end-user of your product across the organization to deliver continuously the most value
Communicating genuinely and efficiently
Growing empathy towards users
Expressing yourself eloquently in English, and French or Dutch
Passionate about the end-user needs and experience

Knowledgeable about the construction industry in EU is a good additional asset
