Job description

Audi is currently looking for an IT Security Officer to join the IT team at the production site in Brussels. You will be in charge of designing the IT security strategy of Audi Brussels and ensuring that it is in accordance with Audi Group rules.

Mission: 
  • You adapt the IT Security global standards and instructions to the local needs, while keeping them up to date.
  • You integrate the “IT Security” structure with the HR, the Legal and the Security departments and you work towards a general consensus.
  • You advise on questions and provide support to problems related to IT security at all levels of the company.
  • You launch new IT security projects and steer them from the beginning to the end. These projects can be initialized by Audi Group, but you are expected to take initiative to improve the “IT Security awareness”, the “IT Risk Management”, etc.
  • When new implementations are planned for the departments, you should give advice on IT security and Risk Management.
  • You ensure a periodic communication of information on topics related to IT security for all employees of Audi Brussels. You strive to achieve a high level of IT security for all employees.
  • A CISO supports IT security semi-annual audits.
Profile: 
  • You have a Master's degree in Computer Science or in Management or equivalent experience.
  • You have good knowledge of IT security in general and advanced knowledge of the ISO27001/2 standard.
  • You have good knowledge of project management, information technology and organizations. Ideally, you have experience in a similar function within a consulting company or a big manufacturing company and have already run projects independently.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills. Assertiveness and diplomacy are part of your skills.
  • You take initiatives and work autonomously and you are result-oriented.
  • You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch. A good knowledge of German is a strong asset.
  • Given the importance of international cooperation in the field of IT security, you are ready to make regular business trips to Germany
