Job description

  • Ensure Consultancy business continuity
  • Demonstrate Leadership at all level inside the Company
  • Ensure day-2-day people management
  • Ensure monthly status report to Senior Management and Executives
  • Ensure Team business continuity to support Sales Team in POC exercise (Proof of Concept)
  • Ensure that the Team complies with the Company Financial objectives in terms of revenue (Professional Service Days revenue objectives)
  • Manage Customer escalation with solution oriented mindset
  • Lead the TC Team and track the performance of the Team measured through the Yearly Performance Appraisal process
  • Act as Project Manager for complex project(s) and ensure successful implementation from an E2E perspective
  • Ensure that the Team adheres to company process & procedures with respect to internal business tracking tool
  • Ensure that the Team complies with documentation process from an audit perspective by providing systematically a sign-off document after each intervention
  • Ensure that the Team adheres with HR policy.
