Golden Palace Casino & Sports is looking for a new colleague to join the Customer Support Agents team.

Are you looking for a flexible work environment that gives a very good balance between private and professional life?

After a training on their products, you will work autonomously from home with specific schedules. Your role will be to manage client relationships and provide the marketing team with comprehensive administrative support. Every communication with your clients will be done by email.


Type of contract: Permanent

  • Handle customers’ day to day queries and complaints with speed and professionalism.
  • You make it your mission for the business to excel in the area of customer support and consequently assure a good overall quality of the replies you provide.
  • Based on customers’ input, you will obtain a good overview of the strengths and weaknesses of our product. You make sure to summarize those and suggest management with possible improvements.
  • You show interest and keep yourself posted on all promotions we organize, so you can reply to the relevant questions of customers and pro-actively share it with them.


  • You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Dutch and French. Understanding English is a plus.
  • You are a customer-oriented self-driven individual, eager to make a difference and help the company achieve its goals.
  • You are a flexible person, eager to learn and develop yourself, with excellent attention to details.
