Optimise training programmes in order to coach collaborators
Collaborate with onsite teams to tailor programmes and elaborate a real strategy to overhaul coaching programmes
Convince collaborators to use digital tools and modernise sales trainings and materials
Manage strategy from A to Z: delivery of trainings onsite by inhouse team and create roadmap for new and continuous training and development. Ensure qualitative and top-notch trainings through inhouse coaches but also external providers
Define KPIs and design assessments to maintain quality levels
Design and follow-up on training schedules
Several years’ experience in development of training programmes and project management
You are creative and working on digital projects and IT products is nothing new
Experience with designing and providing trainings and coaching sessions
Good knowledge of HR tools and rules related to training developments
Active listener and great communicator
Proactive, organised and composed
Client-oriented and stress resistant
Fluent in French and Dutch
