We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for a permanent position located within walking distance of the Central Station in Brussels.

Job description

You will be responsible for correct personnel administration and payroll calculations for our customers' employees. You will be the point of contact for customers when they have questions about payroll and personnel administration and personnel management. You will get your own client portfolio and manage it from A to Z. You will also contribute to a constant renewal and improvement of business processes.


  • You have a thorough knowledge of social legislation through your education.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a passive knowledge of French.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You can work independently and accurately.
  • You have an eye for numbers and you know how to work with them accurately.
  • You are collegiate and cooperation is a matter of course for you.
  • You are resistant to stress and you know how to deal with a certain workload.
