"This is how we have grown for 25 years with virtually no advertising."

And they know that the best way to grow is in a team. "My clients are everybody's clients" is one of their mottos. This teamwork and individual approach to clients is surely working for them - despite their relatively small size, Nexis successfully competes with much bigger players on the market.

How do they keep such excellent connection with their clients at Nexis? By face-to-face contact, among others. That goes also for those team members, who would typically not have a chance to see clients in person. Everyone is invited to go carting or watch a movie with families. 

To reward the hard work, Nexis pampers their employees at the annual team building, which can take place in such wonderful locations like Croatia, Malaga, or a local Spa resort. 

You want to throw a party? No need to say it twice! If there is no company-organised event in the schedule, someone will always come up with a reason to get together - be it virtual reality games, throwing axes, BBQs, apéros...

No two days are the same

The engineers and the sales people all agree - variety is another key component of Nexis' richness. Missions last on average 1-2 weeks and clients come from many different sectors. Some are big, some are smaller. Some are very structured, others laid back. 

Everybody gets a lot of autonomy and flexibility in arranging their own schedule, and there is plenty of space for individual growth and development. If you want to learn something new, all you need is a more experienced colleague to shadow in the next few weeks or months. "Nexis allows me to work autonomously without ever being alone," says Laura Tomizzi, Internal Sales at Nexis.
