Job description

Our client is currently looking for a Digital Document Management Specialist to act as a Service Owner in an existing team, for a full remote mission. 

The main assignments and responsibilities of this job in the Documentation and Archiving Management field are:

  • Owner of several applications and solutions in the domain of Documentation Management.
  • Accountable for the end-to-end service delivery in line with the ITIL best practices, according to the service description.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and good execution of the procedures.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the internal customers (Business / Function) representatives, end-users, the support teams, and the providers.
  • Implement a continuous improvement mindset, collect and identify the enhancement of the service and applications including corrections.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the providers and suggest new features for application elevation.
  • Maintain a service portfolio and identify the right solution for the right usage-based on use cases.
  • Contribute to the applications landscape rationalization and brings forward proposals.
  • Responsible for product’s budget forecast and contract follow-up.
  • Handling critical incidents and problems with the contribution of providers.
  • Carry out study, projects and ensure implementation until delivery.

  • iManage
  • Connection with Google Workspace: Drive and Shared Drive
  • Electronic signature: DocuSign (mandatory)

 

Your profile:

  • You have experience working with some document and/or content management environments (knowledge management is a plus).
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You have taxonomy and classification skills.
  • You have strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • You have very good communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and ability to adjust tone and style according to the audience.
  • You are autonomous and ability to work remotely in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
  • You have capacity to analyze functional and technical needs.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills.
  • You have flexibility to embrace new responsibilities and challenges can adapt quickly when plans change.
