We are looking for an Account Manager for a family-run company in Brussels. As Account Manager, you will work around Brussels where you wil be responsible for the further development of the porfolio of accounting firms and new employers. You will also build a long-term and solid relationship of trust with existing customers.
Continue to develop the client portfolio in the Brussels region and Walloon Brabant with the professional support of a team of experienced payroll consultants;
Create and maintain lasting relationships with companies and potential contributors (accountants, federations, ...).
Guide and support the sales process from the first contact until the implementation, including offers, contract negotiations, follow-up according to the agreed specifications;
Organize information sessions for customers and prospects where you determine the theme, select the speaker and send the invitations ...
Monitor and anticipate market developments.
You have a Bachelor degree.
You have commercial experience in the service delivery sector and HR
Prospecting is your second nature and you have a commercial flair for building lasting relationships
You are able to analyze and suggest the right solutions for your clients
You are attentive and very customer-oriented.
You have practical knowledge of social legislation and the social status of the self-employed
You easily manage modern software applications
You are bilingual (French ans Dutch)
