One of our client is looking for a Business Analyst for a 5 months mission FULL REMOTE.
During this mission you will help on the initiative of implementing a new operating model. In this mission you will be responsible for leading the process workstream.
Your role and responsibilities include:
Plan and define the approach to develop and implement the key processes of the organization based on the Target Operating Model defined
Coordination of all process work including leading process workshops with stakeholders, drafting To Be processes and seeking feedback from key stakeholders
Identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement; Propose areas of improvement
Get sign off of the Process Framework
Act as Business Process subject matter expert in the re-designing the processes and ensuring they adhere to the TOM defined and agreed
Ensure that principles of design / delivery are adhered to throughout and risks are continuously raised, monitored, and mitigated
Your skills & experience :
Proven track record in the delivery of business process change initiatives and will ideally hold or be working towards a recognized Lean / Six Sigma / Operational Excellence and Project Management qualifications.
Knowledge of IT organizations and agile methodologies
Experience in working on Business Transformation / Operational Improvement programs within Financial Services (ideally insurance) and can demonstrate the delivery of tangible business benefits / savings.
Demonstrated success in dealing with ambiguity, proven ability to communicate at all levels, including senior executive level, outstanding facilitation, problem resolution, cross-group collaboration and organizational agility skills.
Exceptional organization and project management skills.
Proven experience of stakeholder management
