We are looking for a commercial advisor for a company in Brussels providing HR solutions.
You will work in a department that helps self-employed start-ups every day to fulfil all administrative formalities when starting a new company: registration in the KBE (Crossroads Bank for Enterprises), establishment law, VAT registration, permits, publications in the Belgian Official Gazette, etc.
Your role will be to gives advice to the starters and handle the requests via bookkeepers, by telephone, e-mail or the website, and advise customer at the counter. You will also assist self-employed individuals.
You will receive training and you will get acquainted with the regulations, a software and the procedure on how to service customers face to face. After the training you will be engaged in a group of three file employees at the Brussels office, and you will have the following tasks:
Processing files that are handed over via bookkeepers;
Reception of customers by telephone, e-mail or at the counter itself;
Performing administrative tasks and processing the data in a software;
Liaise with the competent authorities;
Follow-up of new government legislation, regulations and guidelines
You have a bachelor degree
You have at least 2 years of experience with sectors linked to accountancy, bookkeeping, or with a service company for self-employed persons;
You are able to analyse complex matters and propose the right solution;
You are customer-oriented;
You speak fluent Dutch and you have a good knowledge of French
