Scrum Master

Our client is looking for a Scrum Master for a full remote freelance mission. 

Your responsabilities:

• You work in close collaboration with the Product Owner. You are giving support in budget checking, reporting on velocity, predictability based on the backlog ahead. 
• You will support the squad and alert if the prioritization is straying from the original plan. 
• You will improve the development process and optimize value flow.
• You will identify and remove impediments.
• You will work in coordination with other Scrum Masters.
• You will help to identify and improve minimum agile standards and processes.
• You will do KPI reporting, analysis of achievements and problems.
• You will coach and mentor the team and the Product Owner.
• You will act as a referee. Make the team an A-team with advice and make it more mature. 

Your profile:

• You have a strong Scrum and Agile knowledge and experience (minimum 5 years) 
• You are a Jira obsessed person that makes the squads documents in User Stories for their discussions and work
• You are willing to get into the content, understanding what the squads are building and removing deep impediments from their particular challenges. 
• You are a leader for the team that can teach them how to increase transparency and visibility. 
• You have experience in teaching and coaching.
• You are a good "workshoper": someone with clear experience in Miro or Mural. You are used to organize workshops for the team or the PO to discuss topics with the Business and prepare good demos
• You have a Safe certification,
• You are good in Organisation of PI planning
• You are a great listener
