Job description

We're looking for a Service Coordinator who'll be responsible for the coordination of after-sales service activities and products. He / she will work in collaboration with a team of Field Service Engineers and ensures the adapted services for customers. He / she will advise and support customers at the technical level.


  • Point of contact in the after-sales service for the customers
  • Work in close collaboration with the sales department
  • Make all the necessary decisions to ensure that the sold product fulfills the role for which they were purchased for each customer
  • Provide technical support service
  • Process the claims and ensure a good follow-up
  • Prepare the necessary work and keep an overview of all planned activities
  • Manage the planning of Field Service Engineers
  • Process and follow service and report records
  • Advise customers and write offers for services



  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electricity or Electromechanics, or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Dutch and French and intermediate English
  • Good experience with MS Office especially Excel
  • Ability to implement solutions, work in a structured and precise way in a certain autonomy.
  • Customer orientation
  • In possession of the driving license B
