We're looking for a Service Coordinator who'll be responsible for the coordination of after-sales service activities and products. He / she will work in collaboration with a team of Field Service Engineers and ensures the adapted services for customers. He / she will advise and support customers at the technical level.
Point of contact in the after-sales service for the customers
Work in close collaboration with the sales department
Make all the necessary decisions to ensure that the sold product fulfills the role for which they were purchased for each customer
Provide technical support service
Process the claims and ensure a good follow-up
Prepare the necessary work and keep an overview of all planned activities
Manage the planning of Field Service Engineers
Process and follow service and report records
Advise customers and write offers for services
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electricity or Electromechanics, or equivalent experience
Fluent in Dutch and French and intermediate English
Good experience with MS Office especially Excel
Ability to implement solutions, work in a structured and precise way in a certain autonomy.
In possession of the driving license B
