* Ensure successful and smooth onboarding of new customers

* Establish qualitative and long-lasting relationships with clients in line with business strategy and Qualifio solutions

* Communicate and provide relevant information on updates and product development

* Define customer requirements and provide support in order to also predict future needs and upselling opportunities

* Collaborate with Sales team in the Netherlands and Service Managers in Belgium (HQ)

* Provide insight into possible product changes or developments

* Achieve renewals, meet targets and boost upselling actions



* Around 2 years' experience in a Sales position and experience in or passion for digital, Saas environment or software industry

* Academic background in business, management, marketing or communication is best

* You have a proven track record of business development and sourcing for a sales position

* An advantage would be to have an active and large existing netwrok in the Netherlands

* You are organised and can work independently to meet and exceed KPIs in a growing market

* You are also a teamplayer, are not aftraid of multi-tasking and keeping in touch with international teams

* Great communications skills ranging from follow-up calls, sales negotiations, conduction of meetings as well as presentations (with business individuals, C-level and technical profiles)

* Fluent in Dutch and English
