Wanna crunch the numbers?

SBB is hiring. Specialists with a few years of accounting agency experience get the priority, but talented graduates won't be turned down - out of the 25 people they took on board last fall, 15 were graduates. Their turnover is quite low, since their people get all the opportunities to learn, grow and develop into roles with different or more responsibilities. It's a 40 hour week, yes. But you also get 34 days of vacation. Each profile has its own package with benefits such as health insurance, meal vouchers … As of 2018 SBBers will be able to pick and choose from a list of benefits and compose a package that suits them best!
