ITA Context :
Established in different European countries, France, Belgium and Germany, the Service Center Identity Trust & Authentication (ITA) designs, implements and hosts applications of payment which are based on multi-channel of authentication methods. For Belgium and Luxembourg, ITA is looking for its new ITA BE Business Service Manager
The goal is to sell and deliver Identity, Trust and Authentication services to the Belgian, Luxembourg and more recently the Dutch market.
Our services consist of more innovative products, that are an add on to the traditional card processing services: bank branded mobile payment solutions using NFC, authentication services securing e-commerce payments, wallets and new products are created each 6 months by our product team. Your task: making sure the roadmap is full, and guiding the team through the delivery and run stages
Full service delivery (Build & Run)
Customer Project Management project delivery management in relation with the customer & delivery teams
Technical Delivery for specific projects , services roadmap & maintenance
Operational day to day customer relationship management service level management, QoS , business fertilization, customer process management ( incident , problem , change, demand )
Team Management for ITA team in Belgium
Define strategy with sales & all accountable people , and push on BE market.
Manage experts on ITA solutions and E2E services (functional and technical) to support presales - (consultancy, expertise, bid management , participation to the definition of product & services strategy … )
Take commitments for ITA locally
Owner of the business cases by taking P&L responsibility for the services portfolio including pricing model and strategy
Check & adjust monthly the finance results & forecasts ( revenues & costs ), provide also the forecasts resource plan (with financial controller )
