Context of the job
Workforce Management (WFM) is a supporting function for the Divisions. It is essential for WFM and the Business to work together in order to agree on long- and short-term targets and on how to reach these targets.
Concerning shaping the Workforce that is required to deliver on the business strategy WFM, through the Operational Resource Manager (ORM), will provide the methodology and expert support to identify gaps between demand and supply for skills. Subsequently, WFM works with other HR functions to close those gaps.
The primary mission of the ORM is to support the Products Belux and CDM Belux sourcing by defining the sourcing strategy and by implementing the related sourcing plan, to ensure to have the most efficient resources mix. Apply the principle of “best fit staffing” by finding internal or external resources: staff from service lines of the RBU, intercompany staff, offshore, Landed Resources and subcontractors Time & Materials.
Daily workforce management includes: to review, to enhance and to maintain existing Workforce planning monthly with the business needs taking into account the local WFM strategy with the different stakeholders (Global WFM, Finance, Portfolio Management, HR and Business).
2-3 years of experience in Resource Management
Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
