Mission: 

You will 

  • Be responsible for running multi-year, complex and cross-country projects impacting several Business Units; aligning with other strategic programs and increasing efficiency of the organization (>1Mln € or more than 2000 M.D.)
  • Assess and fine-tune current migration strategy, permanently aligning strategy on the objectives of the WIN Program and other Worldline priorities, through the 3 pillars
  • Product readiness: by ensuring that the technical/IT delivery is compliant with requirements
  • Do operational readiness: by ensuring the processes, customer service teams, etc. can support the new solution serving as best our clients’ needs
  • Do commercial readiness: by ensuring that commercial impacts are managed, aligned with the program strategy
  • Build and maintain the master WIN migration planning & necessary developments.
  • Plan, coordinate and report on all MS developments & migration activities, ensuring full alignment with the internal delivery planning
  • Closely monitor the impact of the WIN migration on operational teams in customer service and IT.
  • Define, formalize & implement a MS program governance to ensure an efficient execution & follow-up of the program towards all stakeholders
  • Interact with other project managers, located in multiple countries and business divisions, developing long term relationships that lead to efficient delivery.
  • Prepare decision files and drive decision taking on quality, costs, resources, scope, timing and risks topics keeping in mind the strategic view of Worldline. Daily activities will include closely interaction with the project managers, business units, and country managers.
  • Solve project issues, oversee and steer the delivery teams, manage conflicts within the different groups of stakeholders or other programs.
  • Prepare and perform executive reporting towards Program board and C level steerings
Profile: 
  • Experienced Program Manager 
  • Track record in migrations of large (real time) critical business systems 
  • Good business feeling and a thorough understanding of IT and business processes and how to manage and improve these processes
  • Strong informal leadership and be able to impose him/herself
  • The ability to convince people, to prioritize, to overcome barriers and handle internal politics
  • Proven C-level exposure and good presentation skills
  • Able to cope with high complexity and business pressure
  • Program and project management methodology
  • Experience with quality assurance
  • Persistence
  • Fluent in English and good command of French or Dutch
