Organise the track according to: Subtracks, Meetings, Workshops, deliverables
Take the lead in reporting to the different steerco’s & track leaders
Take the lead in the status meetings
Support the experts in the modelisation of the governance and the operational processes for D1.
Support the experts in the structured documentation of the deliverables
