Mission 

Following the integration of a new company into the Worldline Group , we are looking for a PMO to join the Operational Excellence track!

The purpose is to set up the necessary governance, committees and key processes in order to assure continuation of SPS business & operations as of Day 1.

This track requires working together with different stakeholders from different business units and organizations, and has different sub-tracks, action lists, meetings, work sessions, …

There is a need to structure, for pro activity, and documentation of deliverables.

Activity description:

  • Organise the track according to: Subtracks, Meetings, Workshops, deliverables
  • Take the lead in reporting to the different steerco’s & track leaders
  • Take the lead in the status meetings
  • Support the experts in the modelisation of the governance and the operational processes for D1.
  • Support the experts in the structured documentation of the deliverables
