Mission: 

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Global Center of Competence Track and Trace

The CoC T&T supports local Worldline and Atos organizations in sales and delivery of Track and Trace systems that fight illicit trade such as counterfeiting, smuggling and tax fraud. We have successfully implemented highly effective IT based Track and Trace solutions across several industries (tobacco, but also pharmaceuticals, beer) and across several countries (Switzerland, Sweden, Italy, Lithuania, Slovakia, Czech Republic  etc). We have a broad experience both with corporate tracking and tracing projects and with mandated tracking and tracing projects. Corporate tracking and tracing solutions help a company to optimize the movements of their goods. In mandated tracking and tracing solutions however, the public sector plays a leading role. Mandated systems are aimed at reducing illicit trade, counterfeiting and tax evasion.


Your mission

As Project Manager Track and Trace, you will

  • Coordinate internal and external resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Profile: 
  • Great educational background (Master Degree), preferably in the fields of economics, computer science or engineering.
  • Knowledge of Track and Trace, Supply Chain Management and IT
  • Experience in FMCG and Pharma is an advantage
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills on C-level
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP or PRINCE II certification
  • Willing to travel up to 30% inside Europe
