What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you directly from you when you create an account on our website www.clearsource.eu. We also collect information when you voluntary upload a resume, complete surveys or forms; when you provide feedback or when you subscribe to certain services. Website usage information is collected using cookies, pixels and tags and refers to information about your computer and your visits to this website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed.

We also use chatbot (i.e a computer program designed to simulate conversation with human users) and forums available on our website to collect information about you. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose any information through our forums, this information may be collected and used by others. We will correct or delete any information you have posted on the websites if you so request.

We also collect information from third parties (i) from partners with which we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities (ii) that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google, or (iii) publicly available information that we acquire for instance from service providers.

If you choose to delete your ClearSource account, your personal data will stop being publicly visible on the website www.clearsource.eu within 24 hours during business days.

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted free of charge. However in case of abusive requests, ClearSource may charge you a reasonable fee. You also have a right to revoke your consent about ClearSource processing your personal data. Please note however that it will prevent ClearSource from providing you with the Services.
