ListMinut is a web start-up founded in 2013 by 3 young entrepreneurs, which raised more than 1M euros. Today, the team is composed of 18 young motivated people based in Brussels & Antwerp.
ListMinut has launched a new way to provide services and make daily tasks carried out in an easy, fast and interactive manner through a web/mobile application with more than 200.000 users. ListMinut is a marketplace where we allow our users to connect with reliable help for everyday tasks in their neighborhood (gardening, assembling IKEA furniture, babysitting,…)
We are currently looking for an Intern in Operations, who will help us create the best experience for our incredible community of service providers. ListMinut is an amazing concept with a big community of people helping their neighbors in their daily life. Those workers deserve the best follow-up from ListMinut and you will help us to turn their experience into an incredible journey!
Help the operational team to build a solid community of service providers.
Improve the journey of the services providers: rewards, partnership, trainings,…
Meet the community: help them through phone or mail but also but also help in the organization of event (from A to Z).
Offer quality profiles to our clients that need to trust the service providers coming at their place.
Keep up-to-date with best practices for community management and keep an eye on competitors.
Analyze and implement improvement plans for the processes in place today.
Speaking and writing fluently in French and being comfortable with English (Dutch is a plus)
Being proactive, committed and able to work with a good level of autonomy
Being able to come up with creative ideas.
