You'll be part of the Customer Journey Team where you will be the first line expert to answer usability or user interface related questions about the website and mobile application from our developers, users & stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities:
You help translate rough product ideas and sketches to user-friendly solutions, using design pattern library, mock-ups and prototypes to communicate these to the team.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling interactive experiences.
You’ll also help with the visual design of the different touch-points in close collaboration with other departments
Run user tests and all kinds of research to collect data to continuously improve Touring Insurances’ user interfaces and user experience
General requirements & skills
You obtained min. a Bachelor degree related to UX, Development & Design, Marketing & Communication or equivalent experience.
Prototyping (Sketch, Axure, Invision)
Experience in Responsive Web Design
Graphic Design Tools (Adobe CS)
Knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodology is a plus
Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is definitely an asset.
