As Customer Success you'll be at the crossings between the Sales Team and the Customer Support Team.

Your job is hybrid between those two departments.

You'll be the last link in the Sales chain and in the same time you'll be the first in the Customer Support chain.

To win a new client is not easy but to keep him satisfied is a real challenge.

This is where you come in!

Missie: 

Your job will be to take care of our clients in the Netherlands by listening to their needs and claims - on the phone or in person.

You'll also proactively offer them new features and advise them how to optimize their usage of the App by tracking their use of APROPLAN.

Last but not least, you'll be the natural link between the clients and APROPLAN.

Profiel: 
  • Native (or equivalent)Dutch speaker
  • Good knowledge of French and English
  • Passion for customer service and helping others
  • Great communication skills
  • Very good empathy towards users
  • Good analytical skills as you'll have to quickly understand users needs
  • To be comfortable speaking to both decision makers and business users
  • Experience with Customer Success tool like Totango or Natero
  • Be a convinced team player
  • Love to be on the road and meet clients
  • Passion for life and the APROPLAN product
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • IT affinity, experience with SaaS is a plus
